Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Studies


Please check if your home university is one of our partners. If so your home university will need to send us an official nomination:

  • by 10 June for the first semester or the whole academic year
  • by 10 November for the second semester

1. Registering

You will receive an e-mail inviting you to complete your online registration:

  • by 30 June for the first semester or the whole academic year
  • by 30 November for the second semester or the whole academic year

2. Accommodation

We offer single rooms in different residence halls in Bozen-Bolzano and Brixen-Bressanone for 295€ monthly. You can apply for them through the online registration form. Please note that the contracts for the residence halls are for 5 months. Even if you stay less you will need to pay for the whole period of the contract. Be aware that Bozen-Bolzano and Brixen-Bressanone are small towns and it is difficult to find rooms on the private market. Please make sure you have an accommodation upon your arrival.

3. Study Plan / Learning Agreement (LA)

Look up in the Course Catalogue.

As an exchange student you can choose courses from the Faculty you are enrolled it. If you are interested to take courses from other faculties, please contact us ( and we will let you know if it is possible. Remember that the Faculty of Education is located in Brixen-Bressanone and the bachelor in Tourism, Sport and Event management in Bruneck-Brunico.

Once your LA is ready, please send it to the contact person in your Faculty for the approval.

4. Exchange Students' Guide and Welcome Session

For more specific information regarding Visa, residence permit, health care, language courses and other information please read our Exchange Students' Guide carefully.

The Welcome Session will be organized before the beginning of each semester. During this meeting you will receive all necessary information for studying and living in Bozen-Bolzano, Brixen-Bressanone, Bruneck-Brunico. The Student Secretariat will also hand you the student ID card at the end of the session.
