Bachelor’s degree in Food technology and Food Process engineering from Bahir Dar University, Ethiopia, and Master’s degree in Food Engineering from University of Salerno, Italy. Six years of experience as a technical assistant and as a teaching staff (Assistant lecturer) in Bahir Dar University, Ethiopia.
